    About Us

    Established in 1952, Preston Park Elementary offers K-5 education to approximately 520 students of diverse cultures in Roanoke, Virginia.  Preston Park Elementary offers many educational opportunities that include small group instruction, an after school remedial program, and English Language Learner services to help students achieve academic excellence.  Success is proven in full accreditation by the Virginia Department of Education and awards by the National Center for Urban School Transformation and the Governor's Competence to Excellence Award.  A staff committed to helping each child achieve maximum potential and active parent participation make Preston Park a very special learning environment.  We welcome you to our school community.
